Nitro Circus Press conference at the Allianz Riviera
The Nitro Circus show was introduced to the press this morning in the Allianz Riviera Presidential Lounge. Extreme rider Tom Pagès was there, together with his Yamaha motocross bike which, for the occasion, was proudly displayed on the lounge terrace. He awarded the tour’s official Lycra suit on behalf of Nice Mayor and MP Christian Estrosi.
Represented by Municipal Councillor Robert Roux, the City of Nice was proud to be the only French city to host this international event. The Mayor took that opportunity to invite all Nice residents to watch a blobbing demonstration next June 10th in Nice harbour. Blob Jumping equipment consists of a huge airbag resting upon the water. Riders are launched several metres into the air, and may even break a height record. Showcasing an ultra-trendy sport full of thrills, this blobbing demonstration is a perfect illustration of Nitro Circus’ totally off-the-wall approach.
