7 days left to the Street Food Party at the National Sports Museum

On Saturday May 18th, 2019 from 12 it will be the 15th European Night of Museums. On that occasion, Crossover Street Food will set up camp in the gardens of the National Sports Museum, at the foot of the Allianz Riviera. The byword for that day is to be delectation, sociability and merriment with friends and family.

The event will feature a great variety of food trucks catering to all tastes as well as a host of outdoor and indoor events for children and grownups. It will be free admission to the National Sports Museum all day long, so you can enjoy the permanent and temporary exhibits at no charge.

While sampling the delicious specialties served by the food trucks, you can enjoy various side events from the early afternoon on:

·     Inflatable games village
·     Jumbo football table
·     Basketball Experience
·     Black light soccer
·     Petanque competition
·     Mölkky competition
·     Makeup workshop
·     And many more to come...

Starting at 6:00 pm, the festival will open with Le Camion Bazar and La Mamie's. This much-anticipated party will happen in a setting loaded with DJ sets, scenography, decoration, glitter and goodies. For more excitement and laughs, why not come wearing a disguise.

Le Camion Bazar
Groovy sounds, a unique eclectic musical performance in an atypical décor with a bunch of oddballs in disguise who will be there to make sure you have a good time, the whole supported by a DJ booth mounted in a truck. The concept of Le Camion Bazar is to be mobile, going from party to party. A freewheeling act that is bound to turn the afternoon into the most festive of occasions.

La Mamie's
La Mamie’s is a collective, founded in 2007 to foster the idea of a free and rewarding festive spirit.  By creating atmospheres, it is constantly seeking places where the festive spirit is king and where the passion for music is shared. Built around a love of vinyl, it ferrets out its rare gems by skimming all kinds of record shops. The collective’s music selections lean towards the Groove, regardless of style, for music has no borders.

Paid admission from 6 pm for the festival. You may as of now get your early-bird tickets (€15) by visiting http://bit.ly/2Ykvl2X, or directly on site (€20).
