Tickets can be purchased from the online ticket office (https://tickets.fwwc19.fr/fr), or from the main ticket office at the stadium (rue du Sapin) depending on seat availability. The main ticket office opens three hours before kick-off and closes 30 minutes after the match starts. It is strictly prohibited to purchase tickets through unofficial sources.

You can take a supporters coach or minibus to the stadium. To do so, please visit the website https://tickets.fwwc19.fr, click on the tab “Réservation Parking Autocars” (booking coach parking). You can take a taxi or private hire vehicle from the airport. You can also take Tram line 2 to Phoenix Park. A free shuttle service is operated from Phoenix Park to the stadium. The drop-off zone for all public shuttles is at avenue Simone Veil.
No it is not possible to do so.
A shuttle service is provided from the car parks:
- - The service is free for ticket holders;
- - Pick up at the car parks;
- - Drop off at the intersection of rue du Sapin and avenue Simone Veil;
- - The pick-up zone for the return trip to the car park is the same as for drop-off (NB: 2 shuttle services are provided at the end of the match, one runs to the city centre and the other to the car parks).
NB: PMIN is only opened when there are large crowds.

Three cloakrooms are provided at the entrance to the forecourt.
No alcoholic beverages are sold at the Nice stadium.
A wide choice of eating options is offered both inside and outside the stadium.
You can pay by cash or VISA bank card. A pre-paid card solution set up by VISA will be offered to people who do not have a VISA bank card.
Intersport has a stand on the forecourt that offers a large choice of gear.
The FIFA Fan Experience will open its door on June 7th at the Théatre de Verdure (in the Nice city centre), and will broadcast matches broadcast area from the quarter-finals + there will be an activities and entertainment zone.
Please take the lifts that that are available for access to the forecourt (E1 and E3 entrances).

A disabled access tab (PSH) is available on the online ticket office (https://tickets.fwwc19.fr/fr/psh). Please fill out the order form and provide proof of disability using one of the following documents:
- Disability card
- Priority card
- Medical certificate

Go to one of the two “litiges” (claims) ticket offices at the forecourt and explain your situation. The staff there will help you find an appropriate solution.
You can be accompanied by one person to the stadium. Your companion must hold a PSH (disabled access) ticket to be allowed into the accessibility areas, seats and parking spaces, as required.
We strongly advise that you contact the ticket office in advance. The customer service department will find a solution that meets your needs. You will possibly be asked to provide a medical certificate as proof of your situation.

The stadium has disabled toilets. There are also 130 disabled parking spaces that are 1.15m wide.
The lifts at the E1 and E3 entrances are accessible for disabled people who did not park at P0. When you park at PO there is a dedicated lift to take you to the forecourt.
